Best Western Ft Lauderdale I-95 Inn

Staff was good, lobby was good, exercise room was in good condition, A/C worked in the room.

Carpet was wet near A/C unit, alarm clock in room could not be set to current time, shower drain was inoperable, shower curtain was missing the inner liner, door dragged on bathroom floor, stairwell doors were difficult to operate (had to yank to open, would not consistently close), no top sheet on bed, door key cards had to be tried multiple times before room door would successfully open.

Location was easy to find

It’s quite old, the management is doing their best but a lot is run down

It gave us somewhere to sleep.

The bed in the wheelchair accessible room was too high for someone in a wheelchair. The lights were very dim. The handheld head in the shower was broken. The shower had stains in it. The regular head in shower didn’t even work. The train being right outside our room was very noisy and quite startling at first.

I liked the staff as they answered any questions I may have had. The room was in good shape and clean. There was nothing bad about the room.

The only thing I did not like were the pillows as I struggled to find a pillow combination that worked for, The pillows arew too fluffy, and I sank too deep into them. But that is a preference of mine to have less fluffy pillows.
