Perfekte Lage in Georgetown. Sehr großes Zimmer mit praktischer Küche. Ausreichend großes Bad für amerikanische Verhältnisse. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Property location is excellent

Customer service at the property was abysmal. There are no actual employees on the premises; everything is handled remotely and/or automated, and the lack of human touch and care is hugely apparent. Our room was dingy- furniture is all scuffed/scratched and the walls need repainting. There was insufficient lighting, and many of the knobs on cabinets and closet doors were loose. But our main issue was that there was a huge active construction site next door to the hotel, directly below our hotel room windows, which the hotel did not forewarn us of, and construction noise was so loud that it woke us up before 7am, and lasted all day. When I attempted to call the hotel to ask to change rooms, the call was disconnected both times when I pressed the number to be connected with a live operator. Texting their general number was also incredibly frustrating- I received no offered solutions , no apologies for the inconvenience; there was literally no hospitality. After not hearing anything back from the hotel, and not being offered a room change, I elected to leave the hotel a day early rather than stay and deal with the all-day construction noise and another early wake-up. The hotel finally responded when I texted them that I would check out early, saying only "okay, we'll make a note of your early departure." I'm a Marriott Bonvoy member and couldn't have felt less like a "valued customer." Never again.

Sehr gute Lage.Koffer Aufbewahrung und Kostenlosen Kaffee in der Lobby.Sehr geräumige Appartements.Von der Küchenrolle bis zum Spültabs man hat an alles gedacht.Wir sind aus New York angereist und haben an solche Sachen nicht gedacht.Die Uferpromenade in Georgetown ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.Wir haben ein Appartement mit Terrasse gebucht aber leider nicht bekommen.Dafür sollen wir Geld zurück bekommen.Wir werden sehen.Für alle wichtig,die Fotos der Terrassen die man bei der Buchung sieht gibt es nicht in Washington.Da musste selbst die Frau am Empfang lachen.

Das Hotel liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig in Georgetown in der Nähe zum Washington Harbour. Ich war schon eine Woche unterwegs und habe mich über die ausreichenden Möglichkeiten gefreut, vergleichsweise günstig Wäsche mit Waschmittel zu waschen, das vom Hotel zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Das Bett war groß und komfortabel, wie auch das sehr saubere Appartement. Die Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Hotel über die App war immer problemlos und das Personal sehr entgegenkommend. Als alleinreisende Frau habe ich mich hier sehr sicher gefühlt. Eine absolute Empfehlung!
