Location and price!

It was very hot in the room even with air conditioning, the hotel is quite old, the rooms on the street side are noisy to sleep in.

The hotel is in dire need of a refurb. Shower over the bath - not good for my partner who is 83. Buffet breakfast very poor.

"Nice location but a bit dated."

Reception efficient and pleasant, staff welcoming and courteous. Good location right on sea front. We just stayed one night as on a walking tour - this wasn't an issue.

Hotel felt a little dated and in need of updating. Room was rated superior but felt a little poky and had view over road to rear of hotel. Cooked breakfast not great.
