Modern 2BDR apartment in the center - FREE PARKING

Πολύ άνετο και καθαρό διαμέρισμα

Όταν κάναμε την κράτηση είχε τον τίτλο "free parking" το κατάλυμα και μετά μας ενημέρωσαν με mail ότι άλλαξε ονομασία και δεν είχε πια free parking... Οπότε αυτό μας δημιούργησε ένα πρόβλημα για να βρούμε πάρκινγκ μες στη νύχτα. Δεν θα κλείναμε το κατάλυμα αν ξέραμε από την αρχή ότι δεν έχει υπάρχει πάρκινγκ

The apartment is in an excellent location, and a big plus is the secured parking in the courtyard. It is on the 4th floor (with an elevator), which is an advantage as it’s away from the busy and noisy street. The apartment has potential for high ratings, but it needs more attention to maintenance and cleanliness. We noticed small issues (freezer full of ice, missing light bulbs, loose handles, AC not cooling properly), as well as bedding that was clean but had an unpleasant smell after staying too long in the washer/dryer. In short: great location and good facilities, but with a bit more love and maintenance, this apartment could truly shine.

When we entered the apartment, we found bedding still in the washing machine, some in the dryer, and a drying rack with sheets in the middle of the living room. After contacting the Flok team (who manage the apartment), we were told that we were not required to wash or dry the bedding, but we had no place to put the laundry that was already drying in living room. The Flok team managing the apartment should be more proactive – for example, telling guests to simply “move” a drying rack with bedding in the living room is not a real solution. P.S. The beds and mattresses are certainly not new or modern.

Spazioso, ottima posizione

All’arrivo in sala abbiamo trovato uno stendino con lenzuola, probabilmente degli ospiti precedenti e lavate dalla donna delle pulizie, e l’asciugatrice in funzione con altra biancheria.

The location was good and the free parking was convenient

The stay was disappointing. On arrival, there was laundry left in the living room, and both the washer and dryer were full of towels and bedding. The AC didn’t work, windows were difficult or impossible to open, some light bulbs were out, and the freezer was completely iced over. The mattresses in one of the bedrooms were also in very bad shape, curved and with a big bump in the middle. I reported the issues but nothing was resolved. Looking at recent reviews, the same problems have been mentioned before, so it seems nothing has been fixed.

Appartamento molto curato e dotato di tutto. Vicinanza al centro!

A me dispiace dare “solo” 7 ma per le mie esigenze è stato davvero un enorme problema. ♿️Ho chiesto più volte se fosse accessibile (viaggiavamo con un amico in sedia a rotelle) e sulla carta lo è (perché dotata di ascensore)! Pescato che per arrivare all’ascensore ci fosse una rampa talmente pendente da renderla impossibile! E l’acceso alla rampa è stato molto difficoltoso! (Fortuna che c’era il mio compagno ad aiutare il nostro amico che per altro ha un dispositivo elettrico, o io da sola non avrei potuto aiutarlo) l’host dicono che era specificata la presenza della rampa in fase di prenotazione ma sinceramente la pendenza della stessa è qualcosa di imprevedibile (Guadare per credere) Altra cosa il parcheggio! Avevo detto che avevamo un piccolo van (specificate misure mentre stavo prenotando) ma nulla, anche lì parcheggio inutile perché era impossibile passarci (e non abbiamo un camper ma un van!). “Fortuna” vuole che, avendo il pass disabili, abbiamo potuto parcheggiare di fronte! Diciamo che la struttura, se viaggio da sola sarebbe da 10 ma avendo specificato varie volte le condizioni particolari (considerato che con altri host degli appartamenti in zona ci sono state comunicazioni più chiare che mi hanno fatto desistere dal prenotare) mi dispiace che la comunicazione sia stata poco chiara (seppur veloci nelle risposte)

The apartment is nice, and clean in a great location.

We asked the staff to provide us parking one hour before check in and they agreed. But the remote for parking is in a key box and they provide you a code once the apartment is ready. So after 6h of riding with 3 kids we have to go to the city change a plan and pay parking. They communicate super slow, not answering on WhatsApp

Appartamento molto grande e tenuto bene

The apartment is in a great location – close to the city centre, very spacious, clean, and it was great to have a washing machine and a parking spot included.

Unfortunately, our stay was affected by a few issues. There’s no air conditioning (something that we did not realise when we booked the property), and while fans were provided for each room, only one worked properly. With 35°C outside, it was extremely hard to sleep without proper cooling. We also couldn’t open the windows at night because the street is quite noisy. Another downside was the check-in process – we were only given the code for the key box at exactly 16:00. This was inconvenient, especially as we didn’t have a local internet package in Bosnia and had to enable data roaming just to get in. It would be much better if the code was shared earlier. Also, we weren’t allowed to park the car at the property before check-in unless we paid an early check-in fee (€20), which felt a bit unfriendly. Lastly, the water in the bath wasn’t draining properly, which made showers a bit unpleasant.
