Nice attractive, historic house. Nice size room & bathroom. Friendly hosts. Continental breakfast. Nice restaurant a short drive away & bar in hotel

Quite hot in room ( not in main building - an out house )but don't like noise of air con units in night, so have to switch off & fridge, but available if needed. Most rooms in main building. Small wardrobe. Could do with a longer mirror & more hooks

It was in a quiet area that we liked, yet close enough to restaurants, etc. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There was indoor and outdoor seating for relaxing. The bedding was comfortable.

We didn't know we wouldn't be in the main house, which we would have much preferred. Our room had a king bed, but the room was way too small for a king. There was one tiny window and the only place to sit was a futon in a narrow "hall" by the closet. The breakfast was minimal. There were no options for people who can't eat high carb/sugary items, and the milk had soured.

Beautiful room, tasteful decor. Staff helpful and approachable. Loved the outdoor entertaining area, fire pit, and bar.

Coffee maker in room didn’t work. Shower only had lukewarm water in the morning.

Great breakfast and nice venue overall.

There are a lot of steps at this property. Our room was up a fairly steep, skinny staircase which made it challenging to get our large suitcases to our room. It is an old building with lots of character. Room was large but bathroom was small and not really able to accommodate two people at a time. Limited breakfast but overnight oats and yogurt parfait was good. Had a great patio with a fire pit. Overall nice but would not stay again.

Comfortable room and bed.
