1. The adjacent room was noisy throughout the night. 2. The refrigerator was not working and had a washcloth inside. We were not notified it was not working beforehand. 3. No front staff after maybe 9 pm and none before 9 am. 4. There were three pillows for two persons in the room. 5. The bed was the worst and smallest we ever slept on in a motel which was not a good experience for rest.

The convenience of it being close to where I needed to go and the price.

The sheets on the bed were disgusting. It had stains on the sheets. The bed was rock hard. The bathroom was dirty.
