Quarto confortável e banheiro com vaso sanitário e chuveiro separados, possibilitando o uso simultâneo da pia pelo outro hóspede. Bom armário. Camas ótimas. Café da manhã farto.

Pequeno obstáculo no chão da entrada do cômodo onde fica o vaso sanitário, com risco de tropeçar. Banheiro não foi arrumado um dia.

Parte da equipe é excelente: Tem atendentes muito bons, atenciosos e que resolvem. Localização: Vila Olímpia é ponto forte para negócios e tem tudo perto. Quartos: Confortáveis, limpos e bem equipados.

- *Equipe não homogênea*: Maior defeito do hotel. O nível de atendimento varia demais dependendo de quem te atende. Falta padrão. - *Piscina térmica decepciona*: Água nada agradável. Não dá pra usar direito. - *Zero entretenimento*: Hotel focado 100% no corporativo. Se quer lazer, não tem nenhuma opção dentro do hotel. - *Não entrega 5 estrelas*: Pela inconsistência do serviço, é um 4 estrelas no máximo. *Veredito* O hotel tem boa estrutura e localização, e quando você dá sorte de pegar os bons atendentes, funciona. Mas a equipe irregular e a falta de lazer pesam. Pra trabalho e sem esperar luxo, atende. Pra quem quer experiência premium e serviço consistente, *não recomendo*.
