"Great stay ."

Loved the concept of the hotel . Location is great . Staff are very attentive and friendly. Clean and comfortable.

I feel that I did pay over the odds for our stay but we were there to see Take That at St Mary's and all prices for whatever accommodation was left were very high . I think our bathroom needed a little bit of attention as it just seemed a little dated and the shower head was scaled .

Chambre avec climatiseur….en panne !!!pendant la vague de chaleur(37 degrés). Pas de frigo , même pas une bouteille d’eau pour s’hydrater ! La salle de bain : évier minuscule ,pas de place ou déposer nos objets de toilette…, Jamais, nous ne retournerons dans cet hôtel !
