Hotel Monte Turri - Adults Only

Die Aussicht des Zimmers/Restaurant war schön.

Der Service beim Frühstück und Restaurant war eine Katastrophe. Vieles was auf der Karte war, gab es nicht mehr. Trotz wenigen Gästen war der Service sehr überfordert und vergaß die Gäste zu bedienen (mehrmals). Für den Preis der Unterkunft leider sehr mangelhaft.

This is an utterly beautiful place to stay and my husband and I had a lovely time at Hotel Monte Turri. This was, however, despite a below par service. Better greeting on arrival, better information and signposting helping us to find facilities and a more efficient table service in the restaurant could really turn this from an average place to stay to an outstanding one. As you can see from my ratings, this hotel gets 5 or 4 stars for all but service.

Not a 4 star worth. The setting and the hotel is beautyful but the service (in general) and pricing is not good enough! Unfortunately, we found the price–quality ratio far below expectations. But…the warm service and the always lovely smiles of Gracia (restaurant manager) and Laura (reception) made up for a lot and left us with a very positive impression

Travelling here with a friend was beautiful. Although the friend was extremely annoying I could bask in the calmness of this resort, find solace in all the beauty and hidden secluded places to sit. I am truly thankful to the management, each and every service personnel that created this calm and healing atmosphere.

Esperienza pessima in una struttura che si definisce “premium” ma che in realtà offre un servizio e un’accoglienza che definire scadenti è poco. Organizzazione inesistente, zero attenzione al cliente e totale mancanza di professionalità. Ero stato qui in passato e mi ero trovato benissimo, ma oggi il livello è crollato drasticamente. Se continuano così, sarà solo questione di tempo prima che chiudano.
