O quarto é bem confortável, com armários para guardar as roupas, café da manhã excelente, bom atendimento, boa localização. Atendimento simpático.

O serviço não é dos melhores, havia um problema com a descarga do vaso sanitário e por 3 vezes precisamos chamar o serviços de manutenção. Algumas vezes faltavam toalha e outras papel higiênico ou tapete no banheiro, o box deixava vazar água que se espalhava para fora.

Lo cerca del centro de Puebla

Que justo el día en que llegamos en el piso de abajo, estaban trabajando en la habitación que nos quedaba en línea a la nuestra y estaban martillando. Tuve que llamar a recepción para comentarlo porque, lo que queríamos por un momento, era descansar un poco (dormir) pues manejamos desde la CDMX. Resolvieron pronto el asunto y no se escucharon más ruidos; creo que a la llegada hubiera estado bien que nos avisaran de que la habitación de abajo estaba en arreglos para por lo menos tenerlo en cuenta.
