Accueil chaleureux de l’ensemble du personnel ,toujours à votre écoute. Nous remercions particulièrement Mr Saad qui nous à aidé et conseillé durant notre séjour. Endroit calme et reposant et très bien situé pour vos activités . Nous avons avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel que nous conseillons.

Manager Saad was very helpful, and accommodating. He allowed us to stay over our check out time which should have been at 12.30, but our flight was late in the evening. Anything we asked for he would be very helpful and get things done. He was very much the best thing the hotel has. The bell boy was very helpful, exceptionally great he even ran after the taxi for us when we needed to get somewhere. Loved his service

Breakfast could have had a little more hygiene practice, for example wasps and flies were all over the bakery like cakes and pastries, they should have been covered with an actual lid. Rooms had a strange sewage smell. Duvet covers were not clean as you'd expect them to be. Simple things like kettle or water or refreshments were not available in the room as a basic requirement. We had to go out and get these things ourselves. Overall service was absolutely slow. When asked for a tissue roll yourewaiting 2+ hours, had to keep calling the reception. They also got our bill wrong and tried to charge extra for our food bill when we paid everything on the go as we were ordering. That felt incompetent on their side as the staff had receipts of the actual bill but made us pay extra anyway.
