La gentillesse du personnel

Hôtel vieillot surtout pour un 4 étoiles, de nombreuses taches ou usure sur la moquette dans les couloirs, pas de bouteilles d’eau d’accueil ni même un le plateau de courtoisie. Chambre à refaire… cher pour l’état et la prestation de l’hôtel

Near to the Hospital and the Shopping Centre. Reasonable sound proofing. Under ground car park. Clean and modern. Good bar service.

The high bath - very difficult for older people to climb into to shower. We have stayed twice and both times the room cleaner knocked on the door at 09:00 even though we weren't due to checkout till 12:00.
