we did not stay. we tried to cancel our stay as we had other arrangements. call the hotel directly and spoke with some woman who was very rude and should be fired. All we were trying to do was cancel our stay, we were not looking for a refund. She just kept on insisting we couldn't cancel and she had been at the hotel a very long time etc,etc,etc. The worst service I have received. This was about two week to a month before our trip.

The room accomodations were perfect for may family to visit me. The location was also convenient for my activities. Everyone was very pleasant. I also found the price to be reasonable for my budget.

The breakfast could have more choices. The same cakes were served the next day and were stale. The bathroom door wouldn't close. When I arrived, fortunately, I had a copy of my reservation information. The receptionist couldn't find it and also implied someone had already checked in. That was a bit discomforting. I just drove 9 hours to get there. I don't think I was given the same room reserved for me.

Breakfast was great

Got to do something about the door key entry. It is AWFUL. When it takes a person 3 times to get into their room and then when you go downstairs a patron is complaining about the same thing, there’s a problem!

Good location and convenient.

Room had a musty smell when we arrived. Sheets and blankets had stains. Showerhead gunked over with lime and calcium. Pool closes at dark??? We brought food back after a long day of softball games and they had zero silverware that we could use. Plastic or otherwise. Don't walk barefoot in your room. Not sure if the carpets have ever been cleaned but our feet ended up black from all the dirty embedded in the carpet.
