Comfort Suites Lady Lake - The Villages

We chose this hotel so that we could experience the Villages. This location is great if one wants to walk to the Spanish Springs town center. The hotel itself is a bit tired. Furniture in lobby is dated and decor is meh. Our room was large and was carpeted and smelled musty. There was good seating in the room and great lighting. There were good choices for breakfast and I enjoyed the heated pool. The staff I encountered were SUPER helpful and very nice. There was only one elevator which made for frequent wait times. I wouldn't want to stay here for a long time but it's ok for a few nights.

Loved the size of our Executive Suite! For a 12 day stay it was nice to have extra space for the two of us Room service was offered every third day but seemed to be changing out towels but not sheets. Didn't look like floors, sinks or tub was touched. Guess I could of asked

Although I requested handicapped shower because 2 are handicap, we were not accommodated. Requested extra pillows, had to fight to get the pillow. Eggs were horrible, juice machine was broken. But the lady maintaining the area, was above and beyond. Sweetheart. The front desk (man), kinda dismissive and sarcastic. Although clean, it smelled of smoke and animals. Bed was very comfortable and the AC worked great, fridge was larger size and nice to have a microwave.
