The lake view from the room was amazing

The waterpark was amazing! We were able to check in early which was great so we could settle in and enjoy the waterpark. Although when we go to our room are key cards didn't work and our bathroom still had dirty laundry in it so another trip the front desk was needed. I was a little disappointed that there was no complimentary breakfast in the morning. Overall it was a great stay and the location is amazing!

On the lakefront

We love the location, room and the facility but we were unaware upon booking that nothing was available at the hotel as advertised such as breaks, a restaurant, salon and spa, waterpark, etc. Everything is still closed due to Covid and staffing shortages. It was fine but Expedia did not list this online.

Very good place to go to the water park. Reasonably priced right on Lake Michigan.

Fun close to hime get a way we do once a year. Was truly disappointed however about water park hours being decreases 4-8pm only, no option to go in mornings before check out. Hotel seemed like maintenance/cleaning were having difficulties keeping up.

Great staff. Need more tubes or less people in waterpark.

The room smelled clean and wa clean. Very clean!! We had a lot of fun at the water park and arcade too!

I liked the location and view of Lake Michigan. Nice hotel, the staff was nice, with the exception of one cleaning lady - although due to COVID i am sure her job has got to be stressful.
