Great

Room was dusty but clean otherwise. Water park wasn’t fully functioning. Only 2 limited dining options & almost nothing for adult beverage options. Weird drinks for “seasonal” drinks and like 3 options. Honestly was pretty disappointing for what you pay. We go to another waterpark regularly with a cheaper price point or similar depending on the demand and for that we get access to multiple different dining spots, multiple water parks, property transportation, full kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, 2 living spaces, washer and dryer, we had tried this place out as our normal spot was booked up. Not really sure we’d opt to come back. Arcade & mini golfing were nice though.

I love the view and amenities of the building. Overall clean, but did find garbage under the pull out couch.

Prime location, property is clean and well cared for, staff are friendly and helpful.

Between Hotels.com and the Blue Harbor Resort they all helped make our stay amazing. We had to change rooms due to extra family coming we needed an upgrade and they handled everything with grace and patience. Lovely people!

I liked the setting on Lake Michigan, however the property is VERY poorly run. They didn't clean the room as requested. The bar/restaurant area was completely unattended at the lunch hour and then when the bartender did show up she said they weren't serving lunch. I didn't mind their rate of nearly $500/night, assuming it was resort style, however it seemed like they abandoned the place after Labor Day. Also, the "water park" is underwhelming and they wouldn't accommodate my kids with towels when they forgot their towel cards in the room.

Blue Harbor is great. It is clean, but rooms need a little updating. Water park is great but could use a little refresh. Great place to take family. Dining options around resort are very good. Service at resort could have been a little better. They didn’t make the bed when they came in to refresh the room. Next time I will have to pay a little closer attention to the water park and pool hours. It was the last week of there winter hours so the water park opened at 4pm Friday, was closed Thursday when we arrived. So pay attention to that. If going spring or off peak.

I recently stayed at the Blue Harbor Resort for business and was disappointed. While the room was relatively comfortable, there was a lack of amenities. First, there was no room service, so I needed to order dinner from a delivery service. When I returned to my room after picking up my food in the lobby, my room card no longer worked. Next, I had brought a bottle of wine and hoped to enjoy a glass with dinner. I requested that a wine glass and corkscrew be brought up to the room. I was told there were no restaurants open in the entire resort with a wine glass or corkscrew available - really? However, I could walk back down to the lobby and purchase a multi-tool with a corkscrew attachment. No thank you - I just skipped the wine. Finally, the room did not have a comfortable desk chair and only had a child sized desk, so my room was not designed for business travelers. On the upside, the bed was pretty comfortable, but I was disappointed in my stay overall.

Everything is real close and easy for kids/families

The views are beautiful. Could hear kids running from the 2nd floor. Pool was clean.
