For the budget the property served its purpose. Check in was just ok. Phones were ringing and had to wait some time before being helped. Restaurant was being remodeled so could not use that. Used the hot tub after a long hike at pinnacles. Early in the season but they were accommodating to open it up for us. It def needed to be turned up, more like bath water and jests not working . We did only have two towels and when using for hot tub that left us none for a shower. It was convenient for us and I would stay again if in the area.

Was disappointed that the restaurant was under construction. There was also no EV charging available at the hotel even though the website said there was. This was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. That aside, the family that runs the place was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed here numerous times as we like to us King City as a base for exploring the central coast wine regions and foothills. The rooms are comfortable, clean and the price is right. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. If you come make sure to eat at the Cork and Plough - great food! We will most likely stay here again!

Front desk service was HORRIBLE, the man at the front desk was asking questions that did not concern him. Was EXTREMLEY rude during check in and check out. Save yourslef the hassle.

The room was roomy, clean and comfortable.

Worked perfect for a weekend of hiking in the area. Ended up staying a second night. The people that run the place are very nice and friendly. Rooms were clean and the beds are comfortable. If I have one complaint, the hot tub was ice cold.

We got there later at night and the manager was rude. We got into our room and the tv wasn’t connected to the cable so tv didn’t work. Left a message for the office because no one picked up the phone. We left for the day to go hiking and came back excited to use the very advertised hot tub listed as a feature and used as their main picture. The gate to the pool area was locked so we asked the lady in the office and she told us how to get in there. We went to use it and it was not working what so ever and the gate was pad locked. When we went back to the office the rude guy from the night before told us that the hot tub and pool isn’t available in the winter. That was not mentioned anywhere on their website at all or on the booking site. After that disappointment we went back to our room only to find that the TV still didn’t work. Awful service, nothing was as advertised and after bringing up all the issues they refused any kind of refund

Bathroom is small. Tv went out one night.

I would stay here again due to its convenience near the fairgrounds. The bed was very comfortable, folks in front office very nice, convenient parking, HVAC worked great and good internet. However, for the price paid, this no frills hotel lacked a breakfast, had very dirty grout in the bathroom, lower quality bedding, bathroom convenience outlet wasn't working, an outdoors ice machine tucked away in a closet at the far end of the hotel and the machine was leaking water out the door to the outside, which made it awkward to get ice and keep my feet dry, and noisy rooms/neighbors. Room decor was very plain. and the only clock was on the microwave, which had not been re-set for the time change.
