"Convenient and comfortable airport hotel"

Great location just 5 minutes from Hatton Cross tube so not reliant on taxi or hopper bus. Staff very friendly. Room clean and comfortable.

Water pressure in peak morning hours was weak- receptionist offered to fix but I didn’t have time. Window noise insulation from planes is good but you can hear a lot of noise from your neighbours’ rooms which is annoying.

Overall, a good stay. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and was one of the highlights for me. Staff were pleasant and the hotel was comfortable. I also appreciated the convenient connectivity to the airport terminal via the reasonably priced Hoppa bus service, which made travel much easier.

The main issues were some green discoloration/possible mold in the bathroom and the queen room being smaller than expected. Otherwise, a decent experience.
