Hôtel Eclipse

Séjour pour y passer une nuit. A notre arrivée, on a été surpris de voir derrière l'hôtel 2 voitures vandalisées, l'une avec un pneu crevé et l'autre avec la fenetre conducteur explosée . On s'est dit : mais où on est ! A la réception les 2 personnes n'étaient au courant de rien ! et le parking devant avait aussi une vitre en pièces détachées.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We should have known something was off from the state of the building and car park. The cars all look abandoned and many have flat tyres. The hotel is like something from a horror film. Mostly unlit and feels abandoned and run down. As two females we immediately felt unsafe. This was expounded when the man on reception charged us more than the agreed price and we felt too intimidated to argue. We were shown to a room at the fair end of the hotel on a dingy corridor. The door looked like it had been jimmyed open with a crowbar at some point, the latch was loose and the door didn't lock from the inside. We asked to be moved rooms and were put in one nearer reception. We spoke to the receptionist and asked him to show us that the door couldn't be opened with the keycard when the door was locked from the inside. We put our bags on our beds and went to dinner. When we returned our bags had been moved and something had changed with the lock because you could open it from the outside with the keycard even if the door was locked from the inside so we didn't feel safe. We went to reception and said we didn't feel safe and didn't want to stay. The receptionist wouldn't refund us and phoned the manager who was abusive on the phone to us so we left. The following morning we returned to give the keycard back and get a refund. They refused because 'we'd booked online' even though we'd paid by card at the hotel. There is very wrong with this hotel. AVOID

Chambre assez froide. Il manque une couverture supplémentaire. Chauffage a mise en route difficile : Abandon du projet.... Alléché par une location de nuitée à 80 €, je me retrouve avec une facture à 130 € passés, car taxes supplémentaires non indiquées dans le prix d' appel, et 2) petit déjeuner à 30 € pour un bol de café au lait + une tranche de gâteau industriel style quatre quarts, grande comme trois doigts, cela fait cher......

hôtel tout à fait convenable, l'ensemble de cet établissement est très propre.Le personnels réceptionnistes sont très courtois , à vos écoutes ou à vos demandes . Hôtel est à recommandé.

En séjour pour déplacement. L’intérieur de l’Hitel est rénovée, moquette neuve , peinture …. Chambre très propre , salle d’eau avec douche à l’italienne très propre , chambre faite tous les jours. Accueil souriant , très sympa. Le petit bémol le petit déjeuner , pas top pour ceux qui aiment salé !
