"Mixed review "

Nice stay. Spa being renovated but not told in advance. Longers in spa need updating and water was cold in showers. Food was ok depending on what you had in bar. Pie and mash was disappointing. Not home cooked. Could have been from the Cardiff chip shop. Rooms lovely spacious and clean. Mattresses quite lumpy

"Lovely stay"

Lovely stay at the park plaza for our first wedding anniversary. Room was lovely and comfortable, we ate in the laguna bar downstairs for our evening meal which was nice. Breakfast in the morning had a great selection of different foods.

"Nice customer service, but it could’ve been avoide"

We were upgraded this was because the first room we were given had no air-conditioning and so much dust on the front of the wardrobe that you could write your name in it… I was thankful for the upgrade

Disgusting hotel and just to warn you they had bed bugs in there bed stuff like to listen by your door was caught wandering around following people unprofessional

Very enjoyable experience.Customer service was excellent.Spa facilities very good and pool impressive and often quiet.Plenty of. Choice at breakfast.Exceeded our expectations.Would stay again.
