Wonderful property with a staff that goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome!

Blanch house was lovely, each room was unique in style and small but well equipped. The staff were lovely and could not do enough for you. Wonderful hotel. Great location. Would stay again.

The staff members are very friendly and made us feel very welcome but unfortunately the room (Moroccan themed room) was very smelly and outdated. The room has limited sunlight and has very old feel. I would definitely not come back

Lovely warm welcome from the staff at the hotel. Great location just off the sea front and very walkable into the Lanes. And beautifully made G&Ts

The hotel bedroom was comfortable and cosy. I slept well. The shower was really tiny and the water was lukewarm (rather than hot). The room was really hot when I arrived (I guess we're not used to having the heating on)!! Parking is available at Zone C for £14 for 24 hours. I had to park a couple of streets away. After checking out I realised that I had left my Samsung charger in the room. At first the hotel said it wasn't there. Then it turned out that the cleaner had found it and had taken it home in her handbag! So she had to return it - so that I could pick it up....

A lovely guest house - I stayed here a few years ago and while it has changed hands it’s still good. Great central location. The only things which could have been better is the coffee (very weak cafetière) and pillows too soft for my liking.
