Comfortable and clean with everything you need for a couple of days stay.

Took a little while to figure out how to use the hob... some instructions would be good.

Nice clean welcoming home, furniture was really comfortable and there were plenty of useful facilities.

Quiet residential neighbourhood, 5 minutes walking from the tram, 5 minutes driving from the supermarket and shops located at 10 minutes walking. It was only a two night stay, house was suitable for our needs. We arrived at the property 50 minutes earlier than check-out, I called the owner to check if ok to check in earlier and no issues whatsoever. Very friendly

Furniture was a bit tired, our mattress was very soft and not very comfortable. There was loads of tea at the property, but no coffee or sugar.

Good location, close to a corner shop and tram, making it easy to explore Manchester. The place was clean, the neighbourhood looked and sounded very calm.

The host was unresponsive. I wasn’t charged a week prior to my stay as described at booking so tried to contact them and booking.com about this issue and did not hear back at all. I was sent a link to pay two hours prior to my intended check in time when I was already on the way to the property, at which stage I was stressed and didn’t even know if my booking was going ahead or not. The house was cold, heaters didn’t seem to be on and it’s mid January. Thermometer read 15°C at one point. Upstairs is very creaky.
