Wonderful view from the room, location was good and hotel is very nice

We came early and hotel staff suggested a $120 upgrade (better room and earlier CI) , we took this but the shower faucet was dripping and it was making noise. We spend long time to call house keeping and until they fix it the upgrade was not really worth the money, we spend long tome to get some compensation and we got

When I left Vegas I officially sealed the deal and won at the Wynn. Dealer was magnificent and spinned the ball on my favorite number. Roulette is my game and I will stay on Red. Definitely will be back to win again !

Did NOT turned out as expected. We were checked in not according to the strip view that we asked when we called ahead to their guest services before our arrival, upgrade and paid for the difference. It was my daughter’s birthday celebration and the lady who checked us in promised her that she’ll be sending chocolates to her room. We already checked out, no chocolates. We approached the front desk to let him know about the other issue that we asked for a quiet area/room but we end up not sleeping for some part of the night because of the pounding noise coming from somewhere, front desk treatment was so cold, we felt like he wanted to dismiss us as fast as possible. For a luxurious hotel in Las Vegas, I think we are expecting more of a great customer service. We were thinking because we were at the resort room and not the tower suites that’s why we’re less of an important guests for them?!

I just completed a four-night stay at Wynn Las Vegas, and the experience reminded me why Wynn remains one of the premier resorts on the Strip. We booked through American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts and were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a Tower Suite King that included a separate parlor area. The additional space made the stay feel much more like a luxury residence than a hotel room. The suite was beautifully maintained, quiet, and provided a welcome retreat from the energy of the casino floor. One of the highlights of the trip was spending time in the High Limit Slots area and the baccarat salon. The atmosphere was elegant, comfortable, and professional without feeling intimidating. The staff were attentive, and the overall gaming experience struck the perfect balance between excitement and sophistication. Wynn also offers some of the best shopping options in Las Vegas. The collection of luxury boutiques and designer stores is impressive, making it easy to spend an afternoon browsing without ever leaving the property. Breakfast each morning was another standout. As someone who frequently travels throughout Asia, I especially appreciated the excellent Far East breakfast selections available at Wynn. The quality, presentation, and variety were outstanding and provided a refreshing alternative to the typical American breakfast buffet experience. What continues to set Wynn apart is the attention to detail. From the accommodations to the dining, gaming, shopping, and service, every aspect of the resort feels carefully curated and exceptionally well executed. I have stayed at many Las Vegas properties over the years, and Wynn continues to deliver a luxury experience that is difficult to match. I look forward to returning.
