La situation au cœur de Séville à deux pas de la cathédrale et de l’alcazar. Le confort de l’hôtel et l’amabilité du personnel (mention spéciale pour Irma et Emma qui ont été de très bon conseils pour les visites et le flamenco)

L acceuil, l emplacement central de Séville, le professionnalisme du personnel, la propreté de l hotel et l esthétisme du salon extérieur. Le petit déjeuner était très bien, copieux, de qualité et avec un vrais jus d'orange.

La difficulté pour accéder en voiture jusqu'au garage de l hôtel.

Great size of bathroom, lovely shower, plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable, nice pillows and room clean. Great location, Pretty decoration and good quality seating. The breakfast had lots of choice and was not overcrowded.

The strange set-up of having just tea sachets in your room with a kettle but no coffee or milk. Maid did not replenish all of the tea tray items each day. ( no teaspoons or stirrers). Coffee is freely provided but it's downstairs in a communal room and often the machine was empty and , again, no milk provided. They only provided sachets of coffee creamer which were horrible in the tea. We would have liked a coffee in our room but carrying a hot ,full cup from downstairs to two floors up is a dangerous thing to do. I had to repeatedly ask for fresh milk but it was not given. So we resorted to taking a glass of fresh milk from the breakfast buffet and putting it in our mini bar fridge to keep cool. There was no on site bar or restaurant, just room service. This was a shame as we fancied a nightcap after a hard day touristing. If you are offered to check-in on line, do so. The desk check in process was lengthy and a bit peculiar using iPads and scratch signatures. Our room´s air con was quite noisy but at least it worked. We had no view from our room.(209)
