Das Personal ist nicht hilfsbereit und hat auch kein Verständnis für ein Problem. Bei mir hat drei tage lang nicht die Klimaanlage funktioniert und sie konnte mir auch kein neues Zimmer anbiten. Bei allen drei Zimmern hatte ich das selbe Problem und viele Leute auch

Excellent location, breakfast was nice and there were plenty of sun loungers.

The air conditioning was broken for 2 nights which resulted in our room being too hot and very difficult to sleep. The breakfast was over at 10am which was a bit early. It was quite a noisy area due to the location being close to the strip. Also people would come home late and night and be very very noisy waking us from our sleep. If u are a light sleeper it would be difficult for you to get a proper nights sleep.

Ótima localização, Wi-Fi e prestatividade do staff.

Ficamos nos quartos de número 9, rés de chão. Barulho do restaurante começava às 8h e só parava às 10:30…se ouvia tudo!

Me & a friend stayed for 5 nights, between May 31st & June 5th 2026. The location was amazing for us and we attended the Magaluf strip most nights, it was on the quieter side as it was the start of the season. The rooms were relatively clean & satisfactory. The staff were friendly! Not an ideal hotel for children as the pool isn’t suitable for small kids. A great location for accessing either palma nova or Magaluf beach. The guests at the time were mainly older couples, there was one stag group & a hen party here as well as a few other small party groups, the noise from the strip was minimal, and we slept no problem. The food was nice but became slightly repetitive! Was disappointing that we were limited to water & wine at the evening meal and there was no fridge in the rooms. We often missed breakfast due to being out late, would be good if it was on slightly later or if snacks were offered pool side. The cleaning ladies were lovely & regularly dropped off fresh towels etc: Would definitely stay again!
