Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. Close to the airport and restaurants was a plus but is private area so not any traffic around you.

This hotel is very lovely, the suites are stunning and have great decor! Me and my partner loved the rooms. It was a shame the staff seemed reserved and judgmental. Not to mention two members who worked in the bar were just gossiping about other workers and we heard a lot about their lives, how rude they were and what they thought about customers. We did feel judged and not great but the rooms were amazing and a good break away. Not worth it if you’re not staying in the lodges or suite rooms. Wouldn’t call this much of a “luxury” hotel

Our stay was wonderful. Our apartment was well presented and clean. Our balcony over the lake and overlooking the golf course was relaxing. We ate breakfast at Lume - this was lovely and staff were very attentive. My partner played golf and loved the course -the booking process was easy (it was organised weeks prior to arrival).

The restaurant food was superb very well cooked with great staff. Very good value. I could not fault the venue.

Too many stairs 😆

While the complex is beautifully laid out and offers an excellent golf experience, we thought the accommodation was underwhelming. As we arrived at night, finding our way from the reception building to our room was frustrating as you need to navigate a dimly lit and poorly signed road which branches to other roads. The parking outside the room was ok but we had a large vehicle next to us so that was tight. We then had a large flight of stairs leading to the room to carry our suitcases up so if you have mobility issues this is a problem. The room was fine with a lovely access down to the lake but could do with some upgrading. Bed was great but air-conditioner was noisy and one lamp was damaged. The shower was excellent. Housekeeping was fine for our room. Annoyingly, the people in the room next to us with a deck were very noisy with their talking around 2am so the hotel should be making guests aware of noise after 10pm. Breakfast in the restaurant was pleasant with good options. Would have preferred a buffet option for ease though. We didn’t try the restaurant for dinner. We also asked for a time extension on checkout to our room to 11am but when accessing after 10am the access card didnt work but was rectified quickly. If you want a great golf experience, the course is very good, the golf shop was excellent and there are nice walks around the complex but the accommodation is not up to par for the price you pay.

Great room and the whole resort in a very pleasant location

The services; food and overall ambiance is very good. The lake view rooms are excellent. The hotel is comparatively near to the airport but away from city, however if you want a quite stay in a luxury property this should be a first choice. I checked in at around 1.00 AM without any issue. Getting UBER also at this very odd hour from airport is not an issue. The rooms are spacious and has everything you need. I would really love to stay here again.
