We stayed at the Recreation inn and suites, wonderful people Management and staff very friendly, clean amazing Breakfast close to downtown easy access to local transport to go all over Kelowna.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Although the room was dated, it was clean and large. The breakfast area was tidy and a reasonable selection of items.

Manager threw my clothes that were airing out on Adirondack chairs in the garbage he told me!!!!!! This happened after 3days when i’d had different items outside, on their lawn between approx 2200 (when i glanced out & saw them) & 0200 next morning - bizarre ! Called the RCMP & will follow up because i have not been allowed 2 see security footage as requested. Totally unsatisfactory - no compensation 2 b awarded
