El personal siempre es muy amable y tiene excelente ubicación

Siempre nos quedamos en el segundo piso, está última vez nos dieron habitación en el primer piso y los colchones y almohadas son más incomodas

The property is great ! The person that checked me in when I arrived was rude! I asked for a smaller room “IF POSSIBLE” and that seemed to be a huge inconvenience with her so I told her to leave it as is! Never had that kind of experience in any other hotel I stayed before.
