Baymont by Wyndham Jamestown Conference Center & Water Park

Check in was a Kiosk and could not hear them staff was not super friendly the pool was closed for a few weeks but no notice was given when reserved beds are not comfortable and hallways stunk

Manager allowed me to park my motorcycle under the front entrance awning for added security.

Incessantly barking dog in the next room caused me to switch rooms. The manager allowed me to relocate and apologized, but didn't remove the nasty thing from the hotel. The recliner in the room was busted. Rooms had musty scent due to the air conditioner. Free breakfast was ok. Checkout from some dude on an iPad screen from some other location seemed weird and impersonal. When I reported the chair so they would know, he accused me of breaking it instead of wondering why his housekeeping staff didn't report it to him earlier. Not an awesome experience, let's just say.

Our room was very average. When we reported mold in the shower grout, dirty shower curtain and one of the shampoo/conditioner containers was ripped from the wall nothing was done.

Some things were really nice and others were not. almost like they are working on things a little at a time The.bar and food were amazing!

Room had an odd body odor smell when we walked in. Otherwise, all was clean. New restaurant/bar is very nice.

Sink was leaking badly in bathroom. Had to put the ice bucket under to catch the water. Bed was not the most comfortable. A bit pricey for what we got.

Very nice stay. Comfortable..clean and the bar was fun. Val is very entertaining and knows his drinks.
