Easy location, friendly staff

The floor did not appear to have been cleaned/vacuumed, stains on the carpet.

The staff was probably the best staff I'd ever come across in a hotel room.. Aj was absolutely amazing

Room extremely dated, old 'smell' and a big loud, extremely unfriendly dog just 3 doors down the hall.

I was impressed by the staff's compassion. I arrived at 1PM and check-in is at 3PM. But the kind lady at the desk didn't say a word. She just checked me in.

If at all possible install an elevator. It was difficult to get up and down the stairs. I made my reservation months ago and they claimed that there were no rooms available on the first floor. I have mobility issues so it wasn't easy for me to navigate the steep stairs.

Best breakfast I’ve had at many hotels to date. Sausage gravy and biscuits and sausage links. Not just a few muffins and cereal, an actual breakfast

More affordable options but a decent value for the cost
