The room was clean and spacious. I really didnt need the 2 queens but I did last minute reservation on Memorial weekend that was also a local graduation weekend so I was blessed they had a room and were very gracious to let me check in early to get ready for graduation. They were very nice about me having my ESA dog with me.

The bed was a little too hard for me but I know some people like firm beds. I just happen to have a bad back and hip issues.

The appearance from the outside is very nice. The security appeared to be good; the bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet. The breakfast was very good. Thank you.

The desk credit card equipment appears to be very worn. It was hard to get it to scan my card compared to gas stations used earlier in the day and then I checked afterwards at a store where there were no problems. Desk directions and signage was not that good to find a small elevator a long distance from the front entrance. This was difficult for seniors carrying luggage.

We had the double queen suite, and it was very nice. Lots of room for us to spread out. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast wasn't too bad. The dining area was very clean.

The pillows were not comfortable.

The breakfast was good. The kids really enjoyed the waffle bar. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Room was clean. We've stayed here twice and the second time was a definite improvement.

We were staying for a soccer tournament in town, so the hotel was full. When we arrived, the front desk attendant let us know they were out of keys, but that they would let us into our room. The pool area was crowed and LOUD due to the fan that was running - we were unable to have a conversation while in there. There were also no towels for the pool area and they let us know they were completely out of towels so they provided bathmats for the kids to dry off with.

"Very convenient location to the RecPlex for baseball games, comfy beds."

When we arrived in our room it was apparent it hadn't been cleaned properly. I called down to the front desk and explained. She apologized and immediately placed us in a new upgraded room. The upgrade wasn't necessary, but a very nice bonus to our stay.
