"Es gab keinen Aufenthalt, da wir nicht einchecken konnten"

Leider war vereinbart uns eine PIN zu übermitteln um Late Check_In zu haben. Wir kamen nicht rein, haben weder über die Tel. noch über booking.com eine Lösung finden können und mussten im Auto schlafen. Keine Notfallnummer hinterlegt. Die bei booking.com bekannte Notfallnummer war nicht erreichbar. Am nächsten Morgen nicht mal eine eMail / ein Anruf der Entschuldigung. Die Erfahrung unterirdisch!!! Hier werde auch rechtliche Schritte eingeleitet.

Kommunikation, auch von booking.com - wir waren auf uns alleine gestellt.

"A little off the usual tourist tracks but well worth a visit."

Absolutely lovely little hotel right in the centre of a small village called Vorst, surrounded by beautiful countryside and quaint German houses.

The restaurant is so popular service can be a little slow, though the friendly staff are quick to offer drinks and aperitif whilst you wait.
