Muito barulho , não há isolamento nenhum. Janelas das varandas fecham mal .. primeiro quarto estava todo sujo Logo de manhã já se sente nos quartos o cheiro a comida

Bom pequeno almoço e jantar. Simpatia/amabilidade dos funcionários.

Isolamento acústico e térmico do quarto.

Hotel bien situé chambre et lit confortabl, propreté et personnel agréable.

Dîner du soir: Toujours froid, répétitif toujours les mêmes entrées et surtout il fallait payer eau ( bouteille de 75cl, 3,30€) et nous étions du dernier service de 20h30 et souvent peu de choix.

The location only

Our stay at this hotel was disappointing overall. The breakfast service was poorly managed, as the food was not refilled frequently enough, leaving many items empty for long periods. We also overheard discussions and arguments between staff members during breakfast service, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere for guests. Although the manager later moved the conversation aside, it was still noticeable. The hygiene and food quality were also below expectations. There were multiple spoons placed inside the jam containers, which did not feel very sanitary. The fruit lacked freshness, and the bread was often hard and stale. Room service was inconvenient as we were told it was not possible to order ice because the room didn’t had a fridge. Instead, guests had to request ice at the bar, where it was sometimes given in an unfriendly manner. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, with the mattress sinking in the middle, making it difficult to rest properly. Overall, the hotel feels old and in need of renovation and better maintenance. We were also surprised that the hotel charged a 10 €€deposit for pool towels plus an additional 1 € cleaning fee. Even though the deposit is returned, this still feels unnecessary, especially as in most hotels you simply provide your room number to receive pool towels without extra charges. We stay in 3 hotel in Madeira and this definitely was the worse, even though it was our first night we felt unwelcome and they were not nice at all.
