My husband & I got into the Painesville Comfort Inn at 3am & found a happy & congenial clerk. She found us a great room & was super friendly & happy. It was nice to find such a pleasant attendant at 3am in the morning when folks are usually crabby! The 2 queen beds were exceptionally comfortable & we both slept like a rock. Breakfast was delicious! Awesome hotel!
We stayed here a week. Again as in other reviews I stayed here because my dad is on Hospice. Front Desk Sarah and manager Pam saved this stay for me. I am giving it a 4 because the rooms were not as spotless as I’d like. Housekeeping is every three days unless you asked. Only had beds made up one time. When we arrived floors were dirty. Breakfast was standard. Shower never really got hot Had front desk knock on our door about 10:15 pm about a noise complaint. We had been sound asleep. No real apology. The front desk staff for the most part was amazing. The two women listed above were very caring and kind. Pool was nice. We would stay here again. Just disappointed in housekeeping. We still tipped because we care. The value was not bad. I was pleased with seven day cost. Front desk always greeted us as we walked in. One man in particular was quite friendly but did not get his name.
