We had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, making our visit feel truly special from start to finish. The service was exceptional throughout, and the rooms and amenities were excellent. Fantastic breakfast. Thank you to the whole team for such a memorable experience—we can’t wait to return.

We enjoyed a 7 night break here in a 2 bed Sunrise Suite. The level of hospitality experienced was second to none. Our son has a number of allergies and from the moment we informed the hotel |(before we departed) to the moment we left we felt confident that he would be catered for and be able to enjoy his holiday. The whole food and beverage team were aware of his needs before we arrived. His food was made freshly and safely every day. We would very comfortably recommend the hotel for anyone with allergies. We are returning customers, we had stayed at the hotel 13 months before this trip. The team remembered our sons favourite food and made him treats relating to it for our arrival. What a lovely thing to do. The whole experience made us feel like guest satisfaction really is the top of the hotels agenda - from the Hotel Manager to the Housekeeping Team we have nothing but good things to say, The Suite itself is one of the biggest suites we have stayed in. The kitchenette is extremely handy with everything you need to cook a meal. The beds are large and comfortable, the pillow menu is a great addition. All in all a great trip. We definitely weren’t ready to come home!

Beautiful accommodation with excellent facilities, the gym pool and general level of services were exceptionally

I didn’t d feel the he air conditioning in the room was the only minor complaint I would have, it was exceptionally warm and the ability to increase the fan strength would have been nice

Lovely suites and good public rooms

Very crowded pool area . As an older couple we were surprised by the number of families. Just not for us . There pool area was crammed with sun beds with only 27 umbrellas . Not a lot of shade Great for families and sun worshipers . We’re going back to Dona Filipe

The hotel itself is beautiful, well-located, and offers great overall amenities.

We experienced a major safety issue that completely ruined our stay. Upon arrival, we found broken glass on the kitchen floor of our room. This was incredibly dangerous. For a hotel of this standard, such a serious oversight in housekeeping and room inspection is unacceptable. It poses a direct safety risk to guests, and the cleaning staff needs to be far more vigilant.
