Hotel Bliss Kemah

The room has enough space and was enough for 1night stay.

The water in the shower was lukewarm, and barely got hot. The ventilation fan in the restroom was hanging from the bathroom ceiling. The room also had an ironing board with no iron.

It was convenient but frightening and had no hot water in the room. Cigarette hole in the comforter.

The bathroom tub wasn’t that clean and that sofa was dirty and stained. Look like bedbug infestation.

Clean and quiet friendly staff

No coffee for my room had to ask for it and they said they were out.

Expedia confirmed our visit, but the hotel had no record of our reservation. They offered new rooms but at double the price that I booked on Expedia. We were given 20 minutes to make a decision. He said it is now 30 minutes and we have been holding these rooms for you. I need a decision. I was on the phone with Expedia trying to figure out the mess. We walked out.

My husband and I stayed here one night on our way home after a vacation in Texas to visit family. It was worth the stay and is a fairly convenient location, but the front staff wasn't the friendliest. He seemed a bit too aloof to provide any customer service beyond checking us in. We also only had three pillows on a king size bed, which is almost always an issue where ever we stay. It was worth the money though.
