Location, birds, restaurant next door

Carpet needed cleaning, bed furniture needs replaced, sheets were worn out,

Dirty, needs thorough cleaning and painting, rugs need to be cleaned, a/c units full of mold

Breakfast was great, location was beautiful, beds were extremely comfortable!

The view was fantastic, the bed was very comfortable. Usually plenty of parking. The music from the dining/bar facility could be heard while enjoying the pool. Checking out equipment (fishing poles, pool towels) was easy.

The staff would bump the walls with the food carts while getting it into and out of the elevator-which was right outside the room, the grounds were not kept clean. The pool deck had bird poop and lizard poop all around. The hot tub jets were not working properly. Our room appeared to be the ONLY one with a regular key instead of a key card.

I had a reservation for an ocean view. I could see the ocean if I was standing by the small 2ft by 5ft window which was at chest height. I asked the check in person and she said that type of room was the one you received when you get the special rate. It looks like a hotel that was bought out and is in the process of transitioning. The tub/shower definitely needed replacement. The outdoor area could be nice but again it was run down. There was a restaurant next door which was great.

Clean and tidy breakfast was good

Our room did not have a view we were looking at a tree as p had booked a room with a view

Pictures on the website didn’t even come close . Carpets were disgusting, shower was dirty. The front door has black stuff all over the inside and the Tiles in the bathroom were coming up .
