Camera sporca. Si sentivano rumori dalle altre camere e dall'esterno. Si è sentita la mancanza di qualcuno in reception presente durante la notte perché degli ospiti maleducati e rumorosi ci hanno rovinato il soggiorno Pessima colazione

Spent couple of days here in April... Book room with a balcony and view that looks straight out to sea. These are the better rooms. Other rooms are ok still and have view's too. You can hire jetski here for 1hr at good price too. Next door to hotel is very nice restaurant too. I must give a very special thank you to one member of front of house staff...RAESHA You are a credit to your hotel! Nothing was too much trouble and very professional. On top of that a lovely person, thanks for helping us and you made our trip there.

Quite and very comfortable

Negatives: When we showered later at night around 9PM and the following day around 12:30PM there was not any hot water. The restaurant next door, Snappers, plays very loud music which cuts off at 10:00PM. It doesn’t get fully dark in the rooms. There’s shutters on most windows that slide up, but let light in still. Elevator out of order from the breakfast area to second floor. We were woken up at 3AM to what sounded like either water leaking (drops) or two heavily painted objects creaking, like a shelf. But it was loud and consistent enough that it woke us up. Positives: Guest services were helpful and friendly. The room was island-y and a fun sea theme with blue and white stripes. The bed was comfortable. We didn’t use any of the games or free rentals they offer. But they have cornhole, bicycles, kayaks, a pool, and hot tub. Breakfast for a few hours in the morning starting at 7:30AM. It offered most things that are typically at hotel breakfasts. There was a good variety. Parking was odd how it was structured, but there was plenty of space. Overall, I probably won’t ever be in Key Largo again, but if I were to be there I’d probably book a hotel somewhere else.
