Excellent location and surroundings. Unbeatable! Child friendly hotel and area

Hotel is situated in a nook, so it’s quiet, even though the main Street a few feet away comes to life with the night market. But somehow once you’re in the hotel you don’t hear anything. There’s all kinds of shopping (you can find all kinds of souvenirs here, jewelry, purses, clothing, luggage, you name it), restaurants, bars/pubs, massage spas, everything. Staff is very nice, helpful, and pleasant; breakfast buffet was extensive and very good. Perfect location.

Good place, it definetely worths the price. Pool ok too. Probably not super luxury, but still clean and super central. Breakfast average for this level of hotels. Welcome drink was served, and overall I would consider the general experience as at least sufficient.

The DusitD2 - is a newer place than the old Night Market Place Dusit that I once stayed, walked by and saw massive renovation there, on the way to BIG C at Pantip Mall. The newer DUSITD2 is even closer to the Night Market place and is "AS Superior" as before. I always stay here, this time got an upgrade to a better room. Much appreciated to the Hotel booked under EXPEDIA's time honoured services, that I had used for many years, pre-pandemic, during pandemic in 2020, and now post pandemic. Sad many businesses were affected by the Global COVID-19 Pandemic. Wishing Thailand's businesses will pick up again...soon. Your satisfied client here.

The staff is unbelievable! I can't thank them enough. I arrived at the hotel and realized I left a bag in the Grab (Uber of Thailand)The front desk clerks Ice and Guye were instantly helping me by calling Grab hotline and trying to locate my bag. With no luck at the call centre they ended up taking a pic of the drivers info and sending it to the hotel driver Muza, who was at the airport! Muza located my Grab driver while at the airport and found my bag still with the driver! It's only my first night here but with service like this, don't hesitate to book. They go above and beyond. Plus the location is amazing. Everything you need is right here. I was able to drop off a bag of laundry across the road to be washed and delivered to the hotel for 210thb. 7eleven is across the street and the night market comes to life at night! I can't wait to spend more time here in Chiang Mai!

Warm and friendly welcome by staff. Pleasant surprise of free upgrade to a suite upon check-in. Helpful response to guests’ needs with smiles. Excellent location. Attractive spots within walking distance. Very nice experience for a first-timer in Chiang Mai.

Best hotel I’ve ever been to, very clean, staff very helpful, would recommend this hotel, right location, walking distance to everything, tuk tuk available everywhere. Hotel staff helped with airport transfers, treated like celebrities.
