Good location if you want to drive to Stonehenge.

Very hot room, we didn't sleep the first night and asked to be moved to a ground floor room the next day. They also wouldn't turn the fans on in the dining room, it was just way too hot.

Great Customer service, really friendly staff. The Bar area is lovely the breakfast was reallly good again staff super helpful nothing is too much trouble. Our room was very comfortable but we did find there were was only plugs by the desk, no plugs next to the bedside, which was quite annoying for charging the phone. The room and bathroom were both clean.

The room had airconditioning but didnt appear to be working, we had fan heaters and cooling fan in the room. We didnt need to use either the temp in the room was fine for the evening we stayed. The lack of plugs around the room was frustrating. The room was comfortable and clean but was dated and did have signs of repairs and fixes to damaged door.

Close to station and to the town centre, lovely rooms

The hallway carpets are a little outdated in comparison to the rest of the decor

We got luck and had a jacuzzi which we made use of. Room was good with a balcony. Bed good.

A little dirty in the stairwell and Cobwebs on windows.
