The property is seriously over-rated. A few things need to be improved: 1. The windows require sound proofing. The air con compressors outside make it impossible to sleep. 2. Why is the fridge removed from the rooms? 3. The bed comforter is seriously uncomfortable and thin as paper. It costs you nothing but provides a much more comfortable stay for your guests. 4. Too basic for the price. You can get a way better deal elsewhere. In summary: if the town or city as a whole is serious about tourism then you need to be serious with your work and aim to be best. For the same amount of money, I would advise visitors to spend it somewhere else like Phuket or Bali where they are genuinely serious about tourism. You get a way better value.
