Lovely traditional style hotel, beautifully presented just up from the Opera Metro in a fantastic location - we walked everywhere from here. We were upgraded so that our request for two rooms together could be fulfilled. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were immaculate with everything you need. It was even nicer than in the pictures.

Only a couple of downsides - the pillows were very firm and uncomfortable and the rooms noisy at night despite double glazing and double shutters and we had brought earplugs but we could still hear the road outside where bins are collected every night at about 12:50am. But this is a hotel in the middle of a city, so to be expected.

This hotel was even better than the photos and desciptions online. The staff was amazing, the breakfast was terrific and location, location, location!!!

This hotel is in an excellent location in central Madrid. You can access most tourist attractions within a 30 minute walk. Lovely restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is calm and peaceful; the reception and catering staff were so helpful; the rooms were beautiful clean and a good size. It was excellent value and we would certainly visit again.
