I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Gulfcoast Inn Naples, which turned out to be a complete disappointment.( 08 e 09/11). I made the reservation for one adult and one child, as we were traveling from Miami for my son’s soccer tournament at Paradise Coast Sports Complex. I chose this hotel based on its location and the photos shown on Booking.com. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what was promised. Upon arrival, during check-in, the receptionist Ms. Helen informed us that the hotel was fully booked but that she would try to find a room for us. After nearly twenty minutes, she said she managed to “fit us in” and completed the check-in. However, when we entered the room, we found only one small double bed — not even a queen-size bed — which made it impossible for both of us to sleep comfortably. I returned to the front desk to request a solution, but Ms. Helen repeatedly said there was nothing she could do, emphasizing that we were staying “only one night.” She then offered to add an extra bed, which turned out to be an uncomfortable, foldable mattress in terrible condition — not a proper extra bed at all. I explained several times that this was not what I had booked, as I clearly reserved accommodation for two people: an adult and a child (my son is 11 years old but quite tall, 1.67 m). Unfortunately, there were no other hotels available due to the soccer event, so we had no choice but to stay in these unacceptable conditions. To make matters worse, the hotel advertises “breakfast included”, but what they actually offer is a few limited items at the reception area — hardly a breakfast at all. We ended up leaving hungry and having to eat elsewhere before my son’s game. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing. The room did not meet the conditions described in the booking, the service was poor, and the amenities did not match what was advertised.

We ordered a double beds room,saying 2 beds in 1 room. After we got there she gave us a king bed who was so high,you needed a stool to get in we not short I'm 5,6 and husband 5,11 but we had a hard time to get that high, it was ridiculous
