We loved the level of service. We were told a few days before our arrival that we would not be in the main building but rather 140 yards away. A 140 yards is not much, but when it is uphill, it is quite cold in November, and you happen to be old, that is more than an inconvenience. Upon expressing my dismay, the staff immediately put together a solution to both our satisfactions.

Google maps directed us up an impossibly bumpy dirt road for miles up to the hotel. Turns out there is a much better access road on the other side. It would be great to let the customers know beforehand.
