It was close to the venue that I had to bowl at. Ease of access to get to and from my room Clean Shuttle to get to the front gate access

Needs more lighting for at night walking from the south point casino next door The gate access didn’t close right behind you

I had a great Customer Service experience at The Grandview in Las Vegas. There were issues in building 9 with the TV reception for a few days. The hotel knew the issue and never communicated. The only person wiling to be honest and try to help was Ras’a. I appreciated that she explained the situation and tried to accommodate me was greatly appreciated. It really shows a little communication goes a long way!
