Segovia Lodge Junction TX I -10

It was ok, we got there so it was closed but the man there help us by a window very helpful

Property was not as advertised at all. Very poorly maintained, showers/plumbing did not work. Broken locks on doors. Several other guests had issues that were not resolved and they left early and were refused a refund. One guest even found drugs in their room.

Had to kill 2 roaches in the bathroom and one by the door ok stay as it was an emergency stay in the middle of the night left first thing in the morning

The greeter wasn't very friendly because our reservation wasn't on the screen yet he wanted to charge us full price and he had to ask for help. The second greeter Denada on the otherhand was very friendly and patient enough to wait for our reservation to come up on the screen. Then after check in he showed us our room and how to work the tv.

I appreciate the low cost for the half decent room. The floor was a bit dirty, but everything else seemed clean but definitely looks old and well used.

Looks like the are in the process of slowly remodeling.

Room was filthy, tv service didn’t work, they sent someone and they took 3 hours of our time. It was late when they fixed it gave us a Roku tv from the permanent residents room. Old food in the refrigerator. Ac was off so it was VERY STALE. Hair all in the bed I didn’t even wanna sleep in the sheets. Overall 0 out of 10 stars I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Clean and safe tucked away and quiet

Basic amenities, but the cost was great. clean except for the dead bugs under the bed. Good shower pressure. Bed was comfortable. Tv reception horrible. Overall, I'd stay again.
