As good as it gets if you want to get away and relax . The rooms and facilities are excellent , the restaurants good with plenty of of variety . The staff are attentive and kind ( special mention to Near who was always there to assist ) The location is beautiful . Very hard to fault the resort , Highly recommended if you want a relaxing time . Can’t wait to go back

A spectacular resort which is completely isolated from the world, a true gem that enables restoring your energy. The resort general manager named DD and the management team accommodated all requests, to name a few: (i) the installation of a gate in front of the resort to ensure complete privacy, this was essential for us as muslims otherwise we would not be able to use the private pool at the villa (ii) we also commented jokingly that providing our names in the bikes would be nice, and unexpectedly DD and his team made the wooden plates for us and informed us that we can take them as souvenirs. The Spa in Six Senses and their activities were both of high quality that reflected the reason behind the resort being in the upper echelon. To further elaborate, the Spa is by far ranked #1 in my books and the activities were all (free and paid) contributed to the overall experience of the resort, it was truly unique and remarkable. The restaurant also accommodates halal dietary requirements which is a huge positive in Vietnam with their food being delicious. Last but not least, upon arrival and departure, the management waived at us for hello and goodbye, and they chatted with us to make us feel welcomed and part of the Six Senses family.

The Guest Experience Maker (GEM) that we got was isolated from us, I wish if the person put extra effort to ensure we are well aware about all the activities, the person did not put the extra effort to initiate conversations and ensure that the experience from the resort was at its peak but would rather focus on making us spend money whenever and wherever we enquire about something. For instance, post the fishing with the captain trip, he informed us that if we want the food to be cooked it would cost an additional 40 USD per person, an offer that we ignored because it costed the same as the fees (if not more) of the normal menu. Further, we inquired about activities and were going to be 15 minutes late for one (as we were not informed about the activities hosted that day since we did not know the resort structure), but the person did not try to ask the Alchemy to push the activity for 15 minutes and wait for us. I think giving importance to the guest by at least showcasing an attempt to accommodate would have made the experience more perfect. Finally, the resort has many lizards, so note that a few might be in your room and it will be difficult to get them all out. However, this is a given due to the location of the resort being in the middle of a forest.

Our stay at Six Senses Ninh Van Bay was simply magical — a true paradise that exceeded all expectations. Special thanks to Ms. Theo, our wonderful GEM (Guest Experience Maker), who went above and beyond to take care of every detail throughout our stay. Her attentiveness, warmth, and ability to anticipate our needs made us feel truly special and completely at ease. She was always available, kind, and thoughtful — an absolute star. Also, heartfelt appreciation to Ms. Hoa, the lovely host at the restaurant, whose welcoming smile and professional care made every meal a joy. She made us feel right at home, and her grace and hospitality left a lasting impression. The villa was stunning — private, beautifully designed, and immersed in nature. The food was exceptional, with fresh, vibrant flavors and plenty of variety. The spa and wellness offerings were world-class, and the overall atmosphere was serene and rejuvenating. Truly one of the best resort experiences we’ve ever had. We left feeling grateful, rested, and already dreaming of our return.
