Comfort Hotel Central International Airport

This hotel is connected to the airport, so we walked across the walkway directly into our terminal, so the location is great for that. For the price, the breakfast was good as well.

We had no issues with this place. The staff were efficient. Some of the staff were even friendly. Even the coffee in the lobby was ok.

Staff at Check in counter was not friendly. He was quite rude when he requested clarification on the booking details. During checking out we were asked to pay one thousand yen if we couldn’t find the door access card. Luckily we found it at last

Did not like that I had to pay for a second room with 2 adults and a 13 yr old Child

The room is quite spacious, too large for single person. Staffs are very friendly and can communicate English quite well. Easy to access airport.

Bedroom and bathroom condition is quite old. Hotel is quite large and has 2 wings, North & south. We did booked a couple rooms, but we were split different floor, inconvenient!
