Jeg manglede adgang til et lille køkken, hvor man kunne lave kaffe/te og låne et glas og lidt service.

No coffee in the morning! Coffee machine was broken and what hotel does not have a back up and the charged for one of the worst breakfast ever. Stayed more than 1000 nights in hotels and this is bottom 10

Very pleasant stay for 5 nights. Automated check-in was easy and straightforward. The room was small for 3 people, but adequate and clean. Excellent proximity to suburban train. Easy access to groceries, ATM, and local restaurants. About 15 minute train ride to central Copenhagen. We had Copenhagen Cards so no added expense for the trains. Even my picky wife was satisfied! All the pillows had feathers, to which my wife is allergic, but we made do. Nice buffet breakfast for added cost. We would stay there again.

Away from the action. But perfect over all.

Ok ophold. Pænt værelse. Badeværelse lidt slidt men ok. Morgenmad- meget traditionelt. Ikke den store kulinariske oplevelse, men du kan få det du kan spise.

Pænt og rent

Hotelli sijaitsee kauppakeskuksen yhteydessä, mikä toimii myös juna-asemana. Hotellihuoneet sijaitsevat rakennuksen 8. ja 9. kerroksessa ja ikkunoista avautuu näkymät varsin kauas ja riippuen kummalla puolella käytävää huoneesi on, voi ikkunoista avautua myös näkymä merelle. Olin lukenut muita palautteita hotellista varausta tehdessäni ja palautteissa korostui haasteet kirjautumisessa ja hotellin nuhjuisuus; itse olen näistä eri mieltä. Kirjautuminen oli erittäin sujuvaa automaateilla, joskin juuri meitä ennen saapuneella vanhemmalla pariskunnalla vaikutti olevan haasteita kirjautumisessa. Hotellin nuhjuisuus puolestaan jäi käytävän puolelle, eli käytävän kokolattiamatto oli törkyinen, mutta sekin oletettavasti johtuu siivoojan vuotaneesta jätesäkistä. Itse huone oli siisti ja moderni, joskin omaan silmääni pisti suihkuseinämän metallisen alakiinnikkeen halkeama, mikä voi aihauttaa mahdollisen sirpaloitumisen tulevaisuudessa lasiin kohdistuessa painetta. Olin itse varsin tyytyväinen hotelliin, joskin hotellin ympäristön lähiömäisyys ei ollut erityisen viehättävää, vaan toi mieleen Itä-Pasilan.

The check in process was a nightmare. The automated machines did not work. We called several times to get some one on the phone to help us. We waited 1 1/2 hours to get our room key because there was no one there to help us. Finally someone on the phone took the payment info and the keys were dispensed. The rooms were ok when we got into them. The breakfast was very limited. Would not go there again..

Excellent location but hard to get in and out. Poorly accessible after 10 pm. No elevator to the 9th floor. Didn’t have WiFi as our room was at the end. No vending machines so no ice or pop and no fridge in the room
