立地は山中温泉総湯前でいいが、アパート3階にあり、大変分かりにくい。キーボックスをダイヤル番号を合わせて開けるので、いつでもチェックインできるのは便利。中はわりと広く、台所機能があって便利。シャンプーやボディーソープもあり、お風呂には気軽にでかけられる。施設として、ソファのスプリングが壊れて大変座りにくいこと、置いてあったIHに鍋をかけて湯を沸かすのに30分もかかったこと、鍋とフライパンはあっても、ヤカンはないし、フライ返しやおたま、菜箸となかったのは不満だった。
